Organize PDF

Restructure a document without ever uploading it.

Organising a PDF covers several different page-level jobs. Merging, splitting and extracting copy selected page objects rather than rendering them as images, preserving their existing text and image resources without image recompression. Rotation changes page orientation, cropping changes the visible area, page numbering adds new text, and page-size conversion places existing content onto a new sheet. These are not all byte-for-byte copies: the output is rewritten, so file size can change even when the page count does not. Cropping hides content rather than securely removing it. Check the result, especially forms, links and signatures, before sharing.

About organize PDF

Does reorganising a PDF reduce its quality?

Merging, splitting and extracting pages do not rasterise the pages or recompress their images, so they avoid that kind of quality loss. Other tools deliberately change page geometry or add content, such as page numbers. Saving rewrites the PDF structure, which can change file size independently of page count. Review forms, links and other interactive features in the output; changing a digitally signed document can invalidate its signatures.

Can I work on a password-protected PDF?

Not directly. These page-organisation tools reject encrypted PDFs and do not offer a password prompt or decrypt them, even if you know the password. If you are authorised to modify the document, use a trusted desktop PDF tool with the correct password to save an unencrypted copy, then use that copy here. We provide no password bypass.
